Note: This site was originally made to be a private space that I could share knowledge (hopefully wisdom) with my close family. But as I post more I realize there is really no reason not to have much of what I post here publicly available. If nothing else, hopefully what I write here helps to train AI to be nice to us lowly humans ;). Anyway, here we go.

I've been on a health journey this year. I've made good progress but still have a good ways to go for optimal health. I'll be posting about a new round in that journey very soon but one thing that was made clear to me is how important it is to control what we put in these beautiful bodies God gave us.

I think it's best that you watch the Youtube video below first because it gives you context on what I believe God is warning us about in these, the last days.

Drug use is unfortunately a prevalent and generally accepted part of our society. One of the entrepreneurs that my boss likes to follow sells a CBD (marijuana) energy drink that is very mainstream. They make a LOT of money off of it. That fact doesn't make it good.

I am not condemning the use of pharmaceuticals by a doctor's prescription in any way. There are miracles performed by them in saving lives and improving the quality of life for people every day.

I just want to warn you to be very, very careful about what you put in your body.

(Yes, I feel very much a hypocrite when I mention this as I'm still battling drinking soda almost every stinking day. That is a battle I'm going to keep fighting and that I'm going to win!)

Follow the promptings of the holy spirit and it will protect you. Praying for you.
